Built on Precision, Driven by Reliability
Integrated Hybrid Assembly was founded in 1984 with a singular focus: delivering hybrid microelectronics that meet the most demanding military and aerospace specifications. What started as a 3-person shop in a 5,000 sq ft facility has grown into a 45,000 sq ft manufacturing center with over 80 employees, serving programs on six continents.
Our founder recognized that hybrid integration — combining multiple ICs, passive components, and discrete devices on a single ceramic substrate — offered performance and reliability advantages that monolithic solutions couldn't match for high-stakes applications. Forty years later, that insight remains our foundation.
We operate a Class 5,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom, maintain MIL-PRF-38534 certification, and employ a team of process engineers with an average tenure of 14 years. Many of our customers have been with us for over a decade — not because of contracts, but because of consistently delivered quality.
